This is the website of Reflect Diary, a website that allows registered users to create online diary entries. There is only one level of access available with no additional add-ons available.

Content and accessing our site
The content and information provided on this website (“the Content”) is for general guidance only. Whilst care has been taken in preparing the Content, Reflect Diary does not warrant its accuracy and shall not be liable for any error, omissions or inaccuracies in the Content. If you wish to rely on the Content, you should independently verify it. We may update our site and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of data at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.
Reflect Diary authorises you to view or download a single copy of the material on the website to a personal computer solely for your own personal use or for non-commercial research purposes provided you include the following copyright notice:

The Content and design of this website is protected by copyright (and/or other intellectual property rights) either owned by Reflect Diary or used under licence from third party copyright owners. If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use the Content automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of any part of the Content. Marley reserves its right to take such action as it thinks fit in these circumstances.

Your account and password
By signing up to an account you agree to use our website for only lawful purposes. You may not sure our site:

- In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
- For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at support@reflectdiary.com.
Your account will not auto-renew, we will provide notification within your account 90 days before your account is due for renewal to allow you to renew. If you do renew your account it will always be at the price you originally signed up for. If you let your account lapse and wish to renew after your account has been de-activated you will need to sign-up again as a new user and the new user sign up price will apply.
You are responsible for all activities that occur through the use of your Account. You agree to: (a) immediately notify Reflect Diary of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security; and (b) ensure that you exit from your Account at the end of each session on shared computers. Reflect Diary will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Refunds
Within 30 days of payment of the Fee, you may receive a refund of your Reflect Diary purchase. To receive a refund, you may contact Reflect Diary by email at support@reflectdiary.com from the email address registered to your account. The Fee will then be credited back to you via the initial method of payment.
Links to and from this website
You may find this website is linked to other websites. Reflect Diary is not responsible for, and neither does it endorse, the content or accuracy of such linked websites. Your use of such linked websites is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of use for those linked websites.
You may link to our website, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. Our site must not be framed on any other site. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

Reflect Diary accepts no responsibility and has no liability in the event that the Content and/or the website does not comply with the laws of a jurisdiction outside the U.K.
